Complex or multi-party accidents that require contacting multiple agencies or jurisdictions are billed from $89, with all anticipated fees quoted up front for your approval. Government agency copy, certification, and mailing fees are always passed through at cost with no markup, and there are no subscription requirements, hidden processing charges, or cancellation penalties.

For businesses managing higher volumes, we offer a simple, tiered structure: $39 per request for 10–49 monthly accident records, $32 per request for 50–199, and custom pricing for 200+ incidents per month. Each request includes secure handling, agency follow-up, and confirmation when records are ready. You only pay for successful agency submissions—if we determine that a record cannot be requested under current rules, we waive our service fee and you are responsible only for any non‑refundable government charges already incurred.
